The E350 Coupe car has a standard 3.5 liter, V6, 268 horsepower engine which gets 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway, a 7 speed automatic transmission is standard with overdrive. Whereas the E63 AMG Sedan car has a standard 6.2 liter, V8, 518 horsepower engine, a 7-speed manual transmission is standard with overdrive.
For 2010, the E350 Coupe car is new whereas the E63 AMG Sedan has been redesigned.

2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

The E350 Luxury Sedan car has a standard 3.5 liter, V6, 268-horsepower engine which gets 17 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway. The E63 AMG has a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 507-horsepower engine which gets 13 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on the highway, a 7-speed automatic transmission is standard on both trims with overdrive.
