This timepiece is crafted by the brand called 4N and the watchmaker has weirdly named the masterpiece the 4N-MVT01/D01/42. The 4N watch is manually wound, the hours and minutes are supposed to be jumping hours and minutes that allow a steady surge of power from the movement to move the disc without affecting the rate of the movement.
Features of the 4N watch
A wide screen
Made up of 18k white gold, platinum, along with the movement made mostly of aluminum, titanium alloys and carbon fiber
The 4N watch will be available in a limited edition of just 16 units, but there is no words about its launch date and pricing.
I was really very excited but now I am bit upset just after knowing the shipping status of Fusion Garage’s JooJoo tablet as the the company told us that the shipping will delayed to March 25 due to manufacturing issue with the tablet’s 12.1-inch capacitive touch screen which Fusion Garage was able to diagnose and rectify quickly. The company now forecasts the JooJoo will be sent to consumers on March 25.
The manufacturing issue centers on fine tuning the touch sensitivity of the capacitive screen. Fusion Garage will be offering all pre-order customers with a free JooJoo accessory to compensate for the delay in the delivery of their JooJoo.
Fusion Garage’s recent agreement with its manufacturing partner, CSL, has removed nearly all of the manufacturing costs associated with JooJoo. The company don’t have other barriers in the way of product delivery in the new timeframe.
Fusion Garage says it’s likely to be the $30 stand. They will see if that’s enough to hold back the effects of Cupertino’s coming media blitz but they are quite excited about making a tablet sandwich at the end of March.
Google’s Nexus One, which is the company’s first own-brand mobile phone, will be launch on Vodafone in April. It will be on sale through Google.com/phone only as it has been announced previously by the company itself. The company has not been announced Tariffs but the Nexus One is likely to be priced very similarly to comparable smartphones slike the iPhone.
The Nexus One is built by HTC and is Google’s attempt to assert the superiority of its mobile operating system Android, in the face of market dominance from Apple’s iPhone and Microsoft’s reinvigorated Windows Phone, mobile software.
It is not hidden that Vodafone’s picking up Google’s Snapdragon-powered beast but you have to lock it down to a 30-day window like this, so it is progress. With the European release of the Desire, this is going to collide head-to-head, HTC’s remix of the Nexus One with Sense and an optical pad thrown in.
Therefore, it will be nice to see which of these monsters comes out on top at retail.
Next week at CeBIT, there will not be a shortage of new netbooks and laptops as ASUS will show up with at least three new 10.1-inch Eee PCs means 1015P, 1016P and 1018P. All have 10-inch displays and may run Intel’s latest Pine Trail Atom processors. But the most exciting of the bunch seem to be the executive-aimed 1016P and 1018P. Both will have an aluminum chassis and 14 hours of battery life.
The ASUS Eee PC 1015P (shown here) is a refresh of the existing 1005P, with the most noticeable difference being a larger touchpad. It has the same matte display as well as the chiclet keys, but an aluminum body and battery life rated for up to 14hrs (though with the wireless turned off).
As for the ASUS Eee PC 1016P, it’s believed to have a business focus, with chiclet keys, a squared off design, an aluminum chassis and the same 14hr runtime. And the ASUS Eee PC 1018P is tipped to be just 18mm thick, the company’s thinnest netbook to date, with an integrated fingerprint scanner, 10hrs of battery life and USB 3.0.
ASUS will give us more detail at CeBIT 2010 in just a few days.
I have a very simple concept i.e. pay more and get more. Therefore, it has gone with mobile phone subsidies in this phone world, a system that has served us for well over a decade.
At the customer service counter, it was never spelled out as clearly as anyone would have liked, it was fairly straightforward to understand: you bought a phone on a multi-dimensional sliding scale of functionality, novelty and attractiveness.
By and large, a pricing scale was there that matched up with it one-to-one. You understood that if you wanted a megapixel camera, or MP3 playback, a color external display then you’d pay a few more dollars and you understood also that you could knock a hundred dollars off of that number by signing up to a two-year contract. In exchange for a guaranteed revenue stream, your carrier is willing to throw you a few bucks off a handset- a square deal, all things considered.
So, why is FCC in a tizzy and how can we make it better?
Lenovo is giving some of its ThinkPad flagships a little spec overhaul, the X200 series of ultraportables and the spectrum-leaping W700 hardlyportable dual screen laptop.
The new X201 and X201s start things off with options for Core i5 and Core i7 processors, a new option for touchpads on the 12.1-inch form factor and sub-three pound weigh-ins on at least the 4-cell configuration.
The X201s is slightly thinner and slightly lighter and it is limited to Core i7 procs, though neither version gets much under an inch thick. The X201t is the well-leaked tablet version, adding on a bit more thickness in exchange for a highly configurable screen that includes options for capacitive touch, outdoor viewing and pen input of course. All the three laptops rely on Intel HD graphics and they are rather extensively configurable, with batteries ranging up into the 12 hour ballpark with the 9 cell battery option on the X201 as well as on X201s. None of these machines are packing anything other than VGA.
Still you have to look to Lenovo’s consumer line for HDMI output.
On the other end, Wacom-equipped W701 and W701ds (dual screen), the 17-inch are making the leap to Core i7 also, though the Core i7-820 QM Quad Core and Core i7-920 Extreme on display here is nicely desktop class. There is also NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800M / 2800M graphics and an option for a dual SSD drive configuration to break your bank.
All these laptops should be available in the starting of March with starting prices of $1,199 (X201), $1,599 (X201s), $1,549 (X201t), $2,199 (W701), and $3,799 (W701ds).
I have a review of the X201t which is ready for you. So, if want to check the review then you can ask here only.
If I am 30 years old then it does not mean that a small child in me has gone. At the Toy Fair in New York City in this week, VTech took a step away from the landline handset department and moved to work with a few swank toys. VTech has launchedMobiGo, an innovative handheld gaming system.
This $59.99 MobiGo handheld gaming system designed for minds within humans aged 3 to 7. The device seen as a little tike’s GameBoy, supports touch inputs and features a QWERTY keyboard, both of which can be used to fish, draw, color, play on-screen instruments and enrich those malleable brain cells.
However, potentially more interesting is the Flip; described as the planet’s first children’s animated e-reader, this $59.99 device has a 4.3-inch color touchscreen, a QWERTY keyboard and a built-in dictionary. It is expected to hit shelves and online retailers around August. But till then just have a look.
