Louis Vuitton iPad cases for the rich Apple fan

Posted by Isha Farhad On April - 29 - 2010

If you are having your iPad then dressing it up right is the only key to flaunt it among the other iPad owners. If you ask me, minimalism is the mantra to go with Apple’s minimalist tablet.

iPad_caseAfter the brand’s luxury cases, the recent in a row of luxurious iPad accessories is from Louis Vuitton for almost all of the Apple gadgets, iPhone and iPod.

Louis Vuitton’s iPad case is available in signature monogram and the monochrome Damier Graphite. The ultra-portable, lightweight attache cases will hit the stores in 2011 for a price of $366. Not sure if the monogram service is available for the iPad cases, but if it is, then it is worth the wait.

Lost-and-Found Apple’s Next iPhone

Posted by Isha Farhad On April - 27 - 2010

Apple's_Next_iPhoneThis is Apple’s next iPhone and was found lost in a bar in Redwood City, covered to look like an iPhone 3GS. It has been noticed that the features in this lost-and-found next-generation iPhone are completely new and drastically different from what came before.

Here’s the detailed list about Apple’s next iPhone:

1.What’s new

2.Front-facing video chat camera

3.Camera flash

4.Improved regular back-camera (the lens is larger than the iPhone 3GS)

5.Improved display. It is not clear if it is the 960×640 display thrown around before, it certainly looks like it, with the ‘Connect to iTunes’ screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS

6.Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)

7.Split buttons for volume

8.Power, volume and mute buttons are all metallic

What are the changes?

1.The back is completely flat, made of either glass or ceramic or shiny plastic for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more higher and hollow pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound

2.Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but higher resolution)

3.An aluminum border going completely around the outside

4.16% Larger battery

5.3 grams heavier

6.Everything is more squared off

7.Internals components are miniaturized, shrunken and reduced to make room for the larger battery

Posted by Isha Farhad On April - 21 - 2010

iPhone 3GSI am using iphone and having a wonderful experience of its using. Now, its cases give me another reason to flaunt my sleeker gadget to make my friends even more miserable. I should pay least attention on something like iPhone 3GS Moon Protuberance which is coming from the European jeweler studio Sun&Moon.

The iPhone 3GS Moon Protuberance features a luxurious framework in the most precious heartwood of Blackwood along with 23 diamonds of the highest quality (0.025 ct) to create an illusion of the night sky with beautiful stars.

The iPhone also features an LED-lit Apple logo. The central button of this iPhone 3G is made of specially faceted citrine, 102 planes to create a magic play of light. Priced at $6800 or its approximate price is 5,000 euros, this limited edition iPhone 3GS Moon Protuberance combines the harmony of nature with the high jewelry style.

So, all iphone lovers! Just open your eyes to see this beauty.

idisplaytopIf you are a Mac user and if you want an extra monitor that can turn your iPhones and iPads into external multitouch displays. Then what to do is download the iDisplay app, an extension for OS X, and let the data flow over either Wi-Fi or 3G.

Now, just turn your iPad/iPhone into a convenient side monitor for your Mac desktop. This is right that the connection goes both directions, so you can use your multitouch gadget as an input device. The iDisplay app is $4.99 and available in iTunes whereas the corresponding OS X extension is available through the iDisplay website.

Wow! great news, is not?

Natuzzi hides iPod dock and Speakers inside their Sectional

Posted by Isha Farhad On March - 19 - 2010

I am sure that the Italian furniture manufacturer Natuzzi will do more than adding aesthetic value to my living room. So, it will not be a surprise that Natuzzi has planned to accommodate the iPhone, iPod, or other digital music devices with an integrated dock to their sectional sofa. natuzzi-ipod-sofa

Natuzzi has integrated an iPod dock and two speakers at one corner of the sofas for an extremely relaxing experience while listening to the music. The hi-tech sofa has high-quality leather finish with a custom order option to choose from the wide range of Natuzzi leather colors to match your decor. It is not clear how much this leather baby will cost us, but I think it won’t be cheap.

iDongle hardware iPhoneIf you want proofs that Apple’s lame cat-and-mouse game with the iPhone jailbreak community has only served to increase the scene’s creativity and resourcefulness, just look at none other than the iDongle,

iDongle is a slick piece of hacker-made hardware that can activate and jailbreak an iPod touch or iPhone 3GS running OS 3.1.2 just by plugging it into the dock connector. It also allows a jailbroken iPhone to be rebooted away from a computer device, which is currently a problem for on-the-go hackers, so just stick this guy in your bag and you will be good to go.

The  pre-orders are being accepted to raise funds for production but there is  only a dozen prototypes right now. I came to know that a few people are interested. Good!

ipad-moJust answers the following question: if you are coveting an iPad but not ready to pay full price? If you are living in Austria and do not mind committing to a two-year contract then Hutchison’s got you covered.

The carrier is offering you a 333 Euro or approx US $455 and there is discount if you sign up for a 29.90 Euro, 5GB monthly data contract. The news is really great but frankly I still do not know how much it is gonna cost outside of the US, the foreign sites still list American prices.

The other catch is that instead of getting the integrated 3G version, you are getting a Huawei i-Mo 3G modem to create a personal WiFi cloud with the iPad. It is still quite the deal which is the short-term, at any rate.

No words are available on when Apple’s device will hit Austria, but I imagining that they would not set up such an offer without a short-term plan.

duaLink chargerI think duaLink cable would solve the problems and would save the precious time of many iphones users as it charges two iphones on one USB port without having any problem.

The duaLink cable for iPhone and iPod includes its own miniature USB hub, two iPod connectors on one end and a single USB connector on the other end. If the charging or syncing multiple devices from the same USB port has not blown your mind, the company has been enough to place the whole shebang in a housing that seems to be a little more durable than the stock Apple cable.

Description of DuaLink:

•    9 inches long

This is not as elegant as a little cube jutting out of one corner of the iPhone but it looks like the Payware Mobile phone could double as a pretty sturdy case should it drop. The backing of VeriFone means this mobile payment peripheral has some important backing and it should be able to hit the market. The VeriFone Payware Mobile iPhone is a complete solution for the iPhone. It includes PAYware Mobile app and the PAYware Mobile reader.

I think that lucky date should be January 15th of next year with free on a 2-year Payware Connect contract. Pre-orders are live on the website now for those who want to join in on the phone. Please note it that when you hand the iPhone over for someone to sign as proof of purchase then make sure you are able to outrun the chap.

Effortless Wireless

Just turn your iPhone into a secure payment device. PAYware Mobile makes it a snap. One robust app and one durable card reader is your complete payment solution.

I hope you would like to wait till January 15th, 2010.
