I have heard about the tour packages that satisfy my vacation dreams but I have never heard of a life-changing tour. Samsung Heavy Industries had announced on 1st December that an affiliate of Utopia Residences of Beverly Hills USA has executed a binding letter of intent to build a luxury residential ocean liner where the passengers will be able to take all their belongings with them in their private homes because they travel onboard the grandest ship in the world.
The Vice Chairman of Samsung, J.W. Kim has given the statement that this is an historic day for Samsung, Korea and for all of Asia as this ocean liner will be the largest passenger ship ever built on the Asian continent and the most luxurious ship in the world.
Measuring 971 feet long or 296 meters and over 105,000 gross tons, Utopia will have 200 luxury residences ranging in size from 130 to 613 square meters or 1,400 to 6,600 square feet. This ocean liner Utopia will also have a 204 room boutique luxury hotel, spa, casino, night club, theater, marina, swimming pools, and signature restaurants and alos private residents club. The ocean liner will travel to ports during major sporting and cultural events like the Cannes Film Festival, The Olympics, Carnaval, Monte Carlo Grand Prix, Melbourne Cup, Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival and other worldwide events of international acclaim.
Well! Samsung estimates the value at $1.1 billion to make the luxury this gallant and glorious and hopes to deliver the same by 2013, but if you are hurry then contact Utopia Residences to purchase homes onboard the ocean liner.
